Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Popo Tunes, we take pride in delivering high-quality original music, production, and audio services tailored to your needs. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both the client and the creative effort involved.

1. Custom Orders

Once a project is confirmed and work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund. If canceled within 24 hours of placing the order and before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued after review.

2. Digital Products (e.g., loops, sample packs, licenses)

Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds on digital products once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

3. Licensing Purchases

All beat or soundtrack licenses (exclusive or non-exclusive) are final and non-refundable after delivery. Please contact us if you have questions before purchasing.

4. Delayed Projects

In rare cases where a project faces unreasonable delays from our end, you are eligible to request a refund or credit toward future work.

5. Client-Initiated Delays

If the client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required inputs for more than 7 days, the project will be put on hold. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. How to Request a Refund

Include your name, order details, and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.

7. Stripe, Razorpay & UPI Payments

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via the platform used, if approved. It may take 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
